As a general rule, use of the Saba website does not require, as a preliminary condition, that users reveal their personal data.

Whatever the reason, Saba may not be held responsible in any way for direct or indirect damages, emergent damage and/or lost profits.

On the other hand, users of the Saba website will be responsible for damages of any kind that Saba may suffer as a result of non-compliance by users with the obligations to which they are subjected by means of this Legal Notice, or by the particular conditions applicable.
