The group is currently structured as follows:

Saba COMPANIES IN SPAIN

• Saba Aparcaments, S.A. (Saba)
  Set up on 7th December 1965 and entered in the Barcelona Register of Companies on 15th January 1966, this is the Saba parent company.
• Societat d’Aparcaments de Terrassa, S.A. (Satsa)
  Satsa has three car parks under an administrative concession in the town of Terrassa (Barcelona province). Saba is the majority shareholder in Satsa (88%). The remaining shares are owned by Egarvia, S.A. and the Terrassa Chamber of Commerce.
• Las Mercedes, Sociedad Concesionaria, S.L.
  This is the Saba company operating in Getxo. Saba owns a third of this company, together with Sarkis, S.A (33.33%) and Promociones Inmobiliarias Alavesas, S.A. (33.33%).
• Saba Aparcamientos de Levante, S.L.
  This company has three car parks in Elx, and is 50% owned by Saba. The other 50% belongs to the company Parkings Ilicitanos (50%).
• Saba Aparcament Santa Caterina, S.L.
  This is a new company set up to run a car park in Girona. It is 100% owned by Saba.

Saba COMPANIES ABROAD

• SabaPortugal Parques de Estacionamento, S.A. (SabaPortugal)
  This company is wholly owned by Saba. SabaPortugal is currently one of the leading companies in the car park sector in Portugal.
• Saba Italia, SpA.
  This is the Saba subsidiary operating in Italy. It is 100% owned by Saba, and has its headquarters in Rome.
• Societat Pirenaica d’Aparcaments, S.A. (Spasa)
  This is based in Andorra, the country in which it operates. Saba has 60% holding in this company. The other 40%, is owned by the 'Crèdit Andorrà' (25%) and a local partner (15%).
• Saba estacionamientos de Chile, S.A.
  This is the Saba subsidiary which operates in Chile. It is 100% owned by Saba.
• sanef-saba Parkings France
  Registered address in France, where it operates, sanef-saba Parkings France is a joint venture between Saba and sanef, a company from Abertis Group.
