KKR ENTERS THE SHAREHOLDERS OF SABA INFRAESTRUCTURAS
KKR has reached an agreement, through its infrastructure fund, with the rest of the shareholders of Saba in order to acquire 12.5% of the capital of the company.
As a result of this transaction, the shareholding structure of Saba Infraestructuras is as follows: Criteria CaixaHolding (55.8% of capital), as the principal shareholder, Torreal (20%), KKR (12.5%) and ProA Capital (10.5%), besides 3,500 (1.2%) of minority shareholders.
