Saba Infraestructuras (Saba) is a leading operator in the field of car park and logistics park management. It is present in six countries: Spain, Italy, Chile, Portugal, France and Andorra. It employs an average workforce of nearly 1,400 people. Its experience in managing car parks through Saba Parkings goes back to 1966, and it has managed logistics parks through Saba Parques Logísticos, since 1999.
Saba’s shareholders include Saba’s shareholders include Criteria CaixaHolding, Torreal, KKR and ProACapital, together with 3,500 minority shareholders.

Created after the abertis Group’s restructuring process announced in February 2011, Saba Infraestructuras aims to become a listed company within five years given optimum market conditions. It has a well-balanced financial structure and a quality asset portfolio that combines maturity and development. It focuses on working directly with both the government bodies that regulate public concessions and with customers, adapting to their needs.
